At the same time, we are a completely independent business and have absolute freedom to act in our clients’ best interests. We may recommend properties or services connected to Strutt & Parker or Christie’s International Real Estate, but we will only do so if we are clear that they are the best possible option for you.

We know the importance of matching people to a project and are mindful of this when assembling your personal team. Your project team will almost always include a solicitor or law firm with relevant experience. It may also include financial and tax advisers, especially in the case of overseas buyers. You may require a planning specialist, structural engineers, architects, builders or land management services – all of whom will be fully informed of the issues to be tackled and ready to go into action on your behalf.
