Ian Hepburn
Is the partner in charge of Private Property Search. He joined Strutt & Parker in 1981, based mainly in Southern England, and became an equity partner in 2000. He set up the buying service of Strutt & Parker in 2006, which has now been re-named Private Property Search and operates as the independent buying arm for the firm. Ian, a chartered surveyor, has thirty years experience in the sale and purchase of country houses, farms and estates throughout the UK. His knowledge of properties within Southern England is extensive.

Adrian Wright
Joined Private Property Search in 2009, having been managing director of Wright Property Search since 2005, covering the South and South West. Prior to that, Adrian spent twelve years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and, before that, he was a partner of Hamptons. He has over twenty-four years experience in the sale and acquisition of country and town properties. His knowledge and contacts, particularly in Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset and Devon are extensive, having been brought up and lived in the South West for the last twenty years.

David Milligan
Joined Private Property Search in 2010, having previously been a partner with Knight Frank. In more recent years he was a director of a development company called Fairfax Properties, which specialised in the construction of substantial classically styled country houses. David, a chartered surveyor, has over twenty years of experience in residential property. His knowledge and contacts, particularly in Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Wiltshire and the Cotswolds, are extensive.

Charlie Warner
Joined Private Property Search in 2011, having previously worked for Savills as an Associate within their Country Department in London. He has driven some of the most notable purchases of prime country houses and estates in the South East. Prior to that, he spent time with a charitable trust tasked with protecting and restoring ancient monuments in Middle Eastern war zones and as an academic financial researcher. His knowledge and contacts, particularly in Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent are extensive.
